experience to potential employers in a way that adequately demonstrates their abilities.

UpTurnships will work to match successful companies who provide culturally inclusive, paid employment opportunities with qualified, motivated and enthusiastic interns who will bring the skills, knowledge and abilities to help create a stronger, more sustainable workforce.
 
UpTurnships will partner with outstanding organizations and provide them with invaluable training and resources that will help them create a welcoming workspace. UpTurnships will in turn provide a robust curriculum that includes business training, soft skills, networking, financial literacy and coaching, to qualified interns who have met the criteria for and complete our educational program.
 
When both the business partner and the interns are prepared, UpTurnships will match the needs of the employer with the qualifications of the employees and begin to build the bridges that foster a better, brighter future for all.
