Amber Rae Bernhardt
Development Director
Amber Rae is a professional storyteller, recently relocated with her family to St. Paul. She has worked in development & communications, serving non-profits, for nearly 20 years. After a career in arts & entertainment and then health & wellness, Amber Rae is proud to be part of this outstanding organization, working to build bridges to a more equitable, diverse & inclusive workforce. She is civics, health & education minded, having served on various boards & committees, that focus on business development, community wellness & school success. Amber Rae is also an actor, director & public speaker, has made frequent stage, television & radio appearances and enjoys emceeing major events. She has had the honor to receive several professional creative & leadership awards, across various industries & positions, throughout her career. Amber Rae is the proud mother of 2 adorable little boys and the grateful wife of an outstanding musician, partner & father. She has a bulldog & a boxer, loves Korean food & Elton John and is always up for karaoke & a road trip.
