Elizabeth Olson


Olson brings more than 25 years experience to CaringBridge, including rebuilding the finance
and accounting function for Volunteers of America, a diversified $46 million social services
agency and managing all financial interests for Grassroots Solutions, Inc., a nationally-known
engagement and advocacy consulting firm with an annual revenue of $7-$10 million. Her
previous work experience also includes serving as a consultant at Slocum, where she worked
with institutional clients to create investment policies and recommend asset allocation, as well
as multiple financial positions at Northwest Airlines, including Director of Cash and financial
analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. She has a B.A. in English and Economics from Oberlin College and an M.B.A in Finance and Public Policy from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
