Marianne Malko

Marianne spent her most of her career as the ‘unofficial’ mentor, and coach to her peers and supervisors, which allowed her to leverage her Clifton Strengths as an anticipatory strategist.  She spent nearly 30 years in the medical devise (surgical) industry, primarily at Johnson & Johnson in various roles including:  Sales management, National Accounts, International Marketing, Professional Education, Strategic Marketing, and Competitive Intelligence. In those roles, she hired, trained, managed, or advised hundreds of individuals on key projects or their career choices. Marianne has a passion for volunteering with service based organizations, which lead to her partnering with the founders of UpTurnships to launch the non-profit in 2014.  Currently, Marianne serves as a volunteer coach, and Governance Team member. Marianne retired in 2013, and moved to Minneapolis with her wife’s job at Medtronic.  She spends her free time babysitting her grand-daughter, and learning Dressage horseback riding.
