Business Executives dedicated to helping young people:

Our ten coaches have over 200 years of business experience running large, for-profit businesses.  All are trained on coaching and have hired hundreds themselves. They are concerned with the rising level of student loans, a business community that has cut back on training and paid internships, and a generation who is suffering the consequences.

We work with employers to create more paid internships for college students and then train students on key skills employers say are lacking.  These skills include written and verbal communication, problem solving and managing multiple priorities.  With one-on-one coaching, we help students be successful in their internships and build their confidence for the new business reality at graduation.
